Duties will include:

• Development and implementation of HR strategy;

• Closing positions in team independently and in cooperation with recruiting agencies;

• Creating an onboarding process and conducting new employees through it;

• Formation and support of corporate culture and brand values;

• Working on L&Ddirection for employee growth;

• Conducting performances, questionnaires and 1:1;

• Reporting on processes and HR analytics. 

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in HR from 3 years;

• Structural and strategic approach to processes, experience with metrics and analytical skills;

• Ability legwho establishes contact and trusting relationships with employees, seeks to understand the problem situation and solve it;

• Experience working autonomously and is committed to improving processes, initiating change and taking responsibility for one's work; /span>
