Had experience in a similar position for at least 1.5 years;< /p>
Experience of successfully closing positions of various levels;?
You have management skills;
You speak Ukrainian fluently.
It will be a plus:
Retail experience.
Waiting for the result on1 month work: audit of the company, prescribed HR strategy, closure of the position of salesperson from 30 people per month;for 6 months – updated job descriptions, closed vacancies, improved system of CRI for personnel.
Based on the goals, there will be the following TASKS:
Ensuring uninterrupted operation of all stores (no closures due to lack of staff);
Selection and replacement of sellers (on average from 30 per month);
Search for candidates for various positions: sellers, warehouse, forwarders, loaders, office workers;
Optimization of job instructions;
Communication with department heads;
Improving the system of interaction with sellers;
Development and implementation of an effective onboarding system;
Regulation of employment and dismissal;
The possibility of finalizing the KPI system.
