HR generalist in SOFTKOM grup, TOV

SOFTCOM is one of the leading companies in the field of complex IT solutions for business. For more than 25 years, we have been successfully working on the Ukrainian market in several areas: accounting automation (BAS programs), LIGA:LAW, FlyDoc, M.E.Doc, IT services. 

We are currently 200+ and we are looking for a talented HR-Manager who wants to develop and grow professionally with us.

Our ideal candidate has :

• Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;
• High level of communication skills skills;
• Skills in using a PC and MsOffice programs;
• Ability to work with stressful situations and perform tasks under limited time conditions;
• Flexibility, the ability to perform several tasks at the same time and set priorities;
• Initiative in decision-making, the ability to take responsibility for work results and meeting deadlines.

Main duties:

• Onboarding and staff retention measures, constant monitoring and control of this process, entering data into the report;
• Organization and control of the recruiting process;
• Formation and maintenance of a positive, productive atmosphere in the team;

• Motivation of personnel (conducting questionnaires, one-to-one meetings);
• Organization of work meetings, internal training, meetings and trainings for employees;
• Search for necessary trainings and lecturers at the request of the manager, familiarization of employees with the plan of the event and search for a venue;
• Organization and participation in the company's corporate events: picnics, hikes, celebrations and corporate traditions;
• Publication of articles on the corporate portals and Facebook, maintaining photo albums, conducting contests on resources that increase employee loyalty to the company.
