Our team needs a competent HR generalist who will be able to increase the number of competent employees for even better performance of repair and construction works.


Key responsibilities:

< ul>
  • Selection of qualified personnel and their introduction to the position (ITR and workers);
  • Control of the assimilation of knowledge and skills (during the probationary period and after VT);
  • Development and implementation of the company's HR strategy;
  • Development of motivational programs;
  • Formation of the company's personnel reserve
  • Formation of the foundations of corporate culture
  • Formation and development of the system of internal communications in the company
  • Knowledge and ability to write job descriptions for construction workers and IT workers
  • Development and introduction of the staff schedule
  • Participation in the planning of the FOP (labour fund) and etc.
  • Successful candidate:

    • Loves people and knows how to find the best
    • With higher by education (personnel management is desirable)
    • Has successful work experience in the field of HR from 5 years
    • Knows the stages and technologies of personnel search and placement (adaptation, placement, obtaining results)< /li>
    • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, 1C, Word, Exel)
    • Knows the Labor Code of Ukraine
    • Has strong managerial and leadership qualities
    • Responsible, flexible, stress-resistant

    • conducting interviews and selecting productive employees (4-6 vacancies per month)
    • appointment and correction of a new employee so that he receives results;
    • the employees hired by you will work stably in the company (minimum turnover - no more than 20%);
    • developing a database of potential employees (there must always be a reserve)
    • offboarding and onboarding of employees;

    • conducting 1:1 and surveys with employees of all levels in the company;
    • creating reports on employee turnover;
    • developing an employee retention and motivation program;
    • li>development and support of the employee training program;
    • identification of employee needs in Artvoluntary work and taking measures to meet needs;
    • participation in the development of the motivation system (KPI, OKR);
    • formation and promotion of the employer brand;
    • planning of personnel recruitment on a permanent basis

    Working conditions we offer:

    • five-day working week, 09:00 - 18:00: 00;
    • office - the village of Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, Velika Okruzhna St. 4 (landmark is the ASHAN store or the Elektronmash plant)
    • trial period - 2 months
