Our team needs a competent HR generalist who will be able to increase the number of competent employees for even better performance of repair and construction works.
Key responsibilities:

Selection of qualified personnel and their introduction to the position (ITR and workers);Control of the assimilation of knowledge and skills (during the probationary period and after VT);Development and implementation of the company's HR strategy;Development of motivational programs;Formation of the company's personnel reserveFormation of the foundations of corporate cultureFormation and development of the system of internal communications in the companyKnowledge and ability to write job descriptions for construction workers and IT workersDevelopment and introduction of the staff scheduleParticipation in the planning of the FOP (labour fund) and etc.Successful candidate:
