The company is currently looking for a talented HR generalist.

What tasks will be before HR generalist:

• Full recruitment cycle (marketing, sales, finance)
• Onboarding: coordination and organization.
• Creation and implementation of job profiles.
• Conducting one-to-one meetings.
• Talent Development: training and team development.
• Participation in the development of the motivation system (KPI, OKR).
• Formation and promotion of the employer brand.
• Offboarding, conducting exit interviews.

What hard skills are mandatory for HR generalist:

• High communication and negotiation skills, ability to find a common language with different people.
• Experience in the field of HR from 4 years.
• Proficiency in English at the level of Upper intermediate and above.
• Understanding the full cycle of recruitment.
• Experience in creating and implementing business processes and organizational structures.
