Be able to describe the organizational structure, regulations, regulations.

Onboarding new managers and employees to the management office.

Work 9 -00-18-00 Mon-Fri in the comfortable office of the management company. >

Responsibilities:

• Development, finalization, management of the organizational structure, personnel plan and staffing schedule; administrative and regulatory;
• Employee onboarding (jobs, term of service, planning);
• Personnel administration (management) and full managerial accounting< br/>(and regulations for the Management Company);
  
• Calculation and coordination of all parts of the Labor Fund, coordination budget of the FOP;
• Management of personnel discipline in the main operations (admission, dismissal, transfer, sick leave, business trip) of the Management Company;
• Personnel informing the owners

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience as a HR Generalistat least 1 year;
• Knowledge of all processes according to the function of HR Generalist:
• Ability to form regulations, structures;
• Ability to work with FOP;
• Ability to carry out structured onboarding.
