A large, systemic business needs a full-function HR Generalist in the office. We need a person who has a detailed understanding of organizational structures, schemes, admissions, formation of the FOP, formation of personnel discipline in large system companies. Responsibilities: Personnel administration and full management accounting (and regulations for the Management Company); Calculation and coordination of all parts of the FOP, managing the budget of the FOP; Personnel discipline in the main operations (admission, dismissal, transfer, sick leave, business trip) of the Management Company; Personnel information Management of the organizational structure, personnel plan and staffing schedule; administrative and regulatory: Onboarding of employees (jobs, term of service, planning). Requirements: Higher education; HR Generalist work experience of at least 2 years; Knowledge of all HR Generalist functional processes: Ability to form regulations, structures; Ability to work with FOP; The ability to conduct onboarding in a structured manner.
