HR Generalist in HR Network

For more than 20 years of experience, the team has successfully launched more than 10 new brands in the sports and fashion segment in Ukraine. Today, our portfolio includes leading brands in their segment: NIKE, CONVERSE, HELLY HANSEN, SPEEDO.

Location:Kyiv, Kontraktova

Main duties:

• Strategic management: Designing the organizational structure, company headcount, human resource management policies and procedures.
• Management of the full cycle of recruitment: Selection and adaptation of new employees.
• Assessment of personnel performance: Development and management of personnel performance evaluation systems.
• Employee motivation: Development of motivation systems in accordance with company needs and values.
• Talent management and personnel development: Implementation of personnel development systems.
• Team building: Implementation of team building activities and development of corporate culture formation programs.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience: 10 years of experience in personnel management in large Ukrainian or international companies.
• Education: Higher education in the field of personnel management or related areas.
• Skills: Excellent analytical skills, ability to work in multitasking conditions, high level of organizational skills.< /li>
• Language: Confident command of the English language (level B2+).

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:30 to 5:30 p.m.
• Salary: based on the candidate's wishes
