HR Generalist in IGAMA.tech

We invite HRG/HRD to the UAPAY payment system project! We are a team of professionals who have been implementing fintech solutions on the Ukrainian market since 2007. Basic requirements: —Experience of working in the role of HR in the field of IT or e-commerce from 3 years —Experience of setting up HR processes from scratch —Ability to independently organize your work and set priorities —Experience in the selection and development of the full cycle of an employee —Excellent interpersonal communication skills—Experience in banking or FinTech will be a plus.Your responsibilities will include:—Development, implementation and updating of HR policies, procedures, practices, strategies for retaining and developing staff —Supporting the process of hiring, pre-, on- and off-boarding, closing vacancies by meeting deadlines—Supporting the realization of corporate culture, organization of events, trainings, team building—Organization and application of the non-material motivation system—Development of a system of employee evaluation, adaptation and goal setting—Creation of profiles of positions (vacancies) of employees—Providing recommendations to top managers on all issues related to with HR—Ensuring the availability of regular feedback and systematic performance evaluation—Developing initiatives to measure and improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
