Job Title: HR Specialist for Composability Labs

About Composability Labs:
Composability Labs is a cutting-edge blockchain-specific lab composed of engineers and enthusiasts dedicated to advancing the field. We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team full-time to foster a warm and cooperative culture.
 

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a leave tracking system and perform accounting for employee leave.
- Conduct 1-on-1 calls with team members to ensure their well-being and address any concerns.
- Search for new team members and conduct initial interviews with candidates.
- Establish effective communication and rapport with team members to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
- Facilitate team-building activities and events to strengthen team cohesion.
- Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts and performance reviews.
- Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Support the management in implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
 

Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
- Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools for managing employee records.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and the tech industry.
- Experience in a multicultural and remote team environment.
