Human Resource partner 

Main tasks:  

  • Recruiting, onboarding, development and offboarding of experts and employees.
  • Managing and keeping updated personnel documentation (incl personal files, contracts, job descriptions, orders, etc) 
  • Maintaining a database of experts and employees of the Ukrainian Team (incl employment relations, vacations, missions).
  • Drafting internal human resources processes and procedures, supporting the implementation and development of them.
  • Consulting in the field of human resources and labour law topics and supporting the accounting of working time.
  • Organising meetings, training and events.
  • Participating in the eGA Headquarters People & Culture Unit activities.
  • Reporting and submitting data both internally and to external stakeholders in compliance with data protection requirements, where necessary.

The suitable candidate will have: 

  • work experience in the human resource field (incl. in the field of labour law);
  • understanding of all human resources processes and their interaction with each other (recruitment, termination, onboarding, development, assessment, document flow, staff motivation);
  • knowledge of the legal framework in labour relations of Ukraine; 
  • a good communicator and adjusts well to different situations
  • professional qualification, preferably higher education in economics or psychology;
  • Ukrainian and English language skills (B2 or higher).
