    We are looking for a strategic partner for the Ukrainian market. We already have a team, working processes and ambitions. But now is the moment to move to a new level: where HR is not a service function, but a driver of change, an agent of growth and a business partner at the level of solutions.

    We are looking for not just a specialist, but someone who builds structures, influences culture and sees several steps ahead.

    Your tasks:

    • Manage the HR team in Ukraine: People Partners, recruiting, HR operations

    • Form and implement the HR strategy together with the CEO and function leaders

    • Implement and improve HR processes: recruiting, onboarding, performance, development, offboarding

    • Automate routine through HRIS (PeopleForce / Zoho People)

    • Drive analytics: metrics, dashboards, reporting — based on data, not feelings

    • Ensure compliance of processes with policies and labor legislation

    • Be a support and partner for the CEO — in teams, conflicts, structures, plans

    • Develop a strong culture: through communication, feedback, 1:1, transparency

    What skills are we looking for:

    • 6+ years of experience in HR, of which 3+ years — in management positions (HRD, Head of People, People Lead)

    • Experience building or scaling HR functions in companies of 100+ people

    • Hands-on experience implementing HRIS (PeopleForce or Zoho People)

    • Analytics and data orientation: able to make decisions based on numbers

    • Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and experience working with politicians

    • Confident communication, emotional maturity, ability to build horizontal connections and influence without pressure

    It will be a plus if:

    • You have experience working in EdTech, digital or fast-growing companies

    • Implemented performance cycles, OKR, review-systems

    • Had experience working with cross-functional teams

    • Led the HR function from scratch

    style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Flexible schedule: full time with a loyal approach. We are result-oriented, not time-tracking.

  • Format: hybrid. Work in the office on Podil in Kyiv for 3-4 days to catch cool insights during conversations with colleagues.
