HR Director / Recruiter

TALISMAN company, which has been engaged in the automotive business for more than 25 years, is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Director / Recruiter who will bring new, modern management capabilities.

The role of the HR Director/ Recruiter-  active search for personnel, creation of an effective organizational structure and development of motivational programs for employees numbering more than 100 people.

For we have the ideal candidate who will have strong leadership skills, analytical mind and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Management the full cycle of recruitment, planning, selection and adaptation of personnel.
• Direct reporting to the General Director.
• Development and implementation of strategies for the search and attraction of personnel.
• Conducting interviews and evaluation candidates for compliance with the company's requirements.
• Creation and support of an effective organizational structure.
• Development and implementation of employee motivation and development programs.
• Control and optimization of new employee adaptation processes .
• Labor market monitoring and analysis of competitive offers.
• Implementation of best personnel management practices.
• Development of corporate culture programs

Requirements:

• Desirable higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or a related field.
• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.< /li>
• Knowledge of personnel evaluation and selection methods.
• High level of communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and make decisions.
• Willingness to take take responsibility and propose new ideas.
