HR director (production) in LR Group

We are looking for HRD for a trade and production company with production in Central Ukraine, with a staff of more than 350 people.

Main functionality:

• HR team management: Organization and coordination of team activities, distribution tasks, monitoring the deadlines and quality of task execution, development of team skills and workload management;

• Strategic planning. Development and implementation of HR strategy, maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction and helping to achieve business goals;

  Management and development of employee retention programs: Organization of training programs, corporate events, development and implementation of a motivation system;

• Management and development of employee retention programs: Organization of training programs, corporate events, development and implementation of a motivation system; 

  Collection and analysis of personnel data: monitoring and analysis of indicators related to recruitment, retention and level of employee satisfaction, decision-making based on the received data;

• Participation in recruitment: close interaction with the recruitment team to create the most suitable employee profile and participate in the training preparation process;

• Conflict resolution: effective resolution of team conflicts, support positive and productive working atmosphere;

  Collaboration with other departments: interaction with management and other departments to work together to achieve corporate goals.

  Management of motivation and productivity.
