HR Director / Chief People Officer in Heidens Group

Requirements: - From 1 year of experience in a similar position, experience/understanding in the field of Affiliate Marketing will be a big plus - Experience in analyzing and restructuring the company structure, job instructions, implementing them in work - Experience in developing and implementing personnel management strategies, in accordance with the company's goals and its development - Experience in recruiting and understanding the process of HR support of the full life cycle of an employee in the company - Experience in working with HR CRM systems Responsibilities: - Resolving conflict situations and supporting internal communication C-level, Head of Recruitment, Team Lead - Budgeting of the department , monthly analytics and reporting - Submission of information on bonuses and employee salaries for the formation of the Company's report on the ZP - Monitoring of the employment process at the FOP - Adherence to the HR strategy and its implementation plan for the year (editing as needed) - Continuation of the process of creating a corporate culture - Quarterly audit C- level regarding the creation of strategies of their departments - Help in the implementation of new projects (work with the brand, HR support) - Management of the HR department and office administration What we offer: - Competitive salary (determined after the interview); - Regular performance review and individual road-map; - Comfortable office in the center, with all possible additional benefits; - Working hours 10:00 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday; - Scale of ideas and interesting projects, their implementation at the international level; - Benefits and bonus system, fair assessment of personal contribution to work processes; - A cool team, ready to help and adjust processes side by side;
