Main duties: creation of an HR department in the company from scratch, building processes; organization of the hiring process and personnel adaptation (there is a recruiter under his command); implementation of a personnel evaluation system, implementation of competency profiles; development and implementation of a motivation system (tangible and intangible); support of the company's corporate culture and positive spirit; work on preventing conflicts in teams. Requirements for candidates: Higher education + specialized courses in HR; 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in the personnel department; Deep experience in conflict resolution (psychological additional education); Confident user of MS Office; Personal qualities: focus on results, initiative, responsibility, multitasking, high communication skills.
