HR director in Navigator, mezhregionalnaya rekrutingovaya kompaniya

Our client, a multidisciplinary holding (energy, engineering, construction, event activities, legal services, etc.), invites a HR director to one of its areas.

Main responsibilities:

• creating an HR department in the company from scratch, building processes;
< li>organization of the process of recruitment and adaptation of personnel (there is a recruiter under his command);
• implementation of the personnel evaluation system, implementation of competency profiles;
• development and implementation of the motivation system (tangible and non-tangible);< /li>
• support of the company's corporate culture and positive spirit;
• work to prevent conflicts in teams.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education + specialized HR courses;
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the personnel department;
• In-depth experience in conflict resolution (psychological additional education);
• A confident user of               MS Office;
• Personal qualities: focus on results , initiative, responsibility, multitasking, high communication skills.
