Can competently build work in several projects at the same time. Requirements: - Experience of working in managerial positions in the field of HR in the IT field for at least 3 years. - Proven experience in improving the efficiency of HR processes in the IT field. - Ability to work with metrics, ability to think analytically .- Experience in implementing changes and optimizing processes in the field of personnel management. Responsibilities:- Development and implementation of personnel management strategies.- Analysis of the effectiveness of recruiting and talent development, implementation of projects in these areas.- Optimization of personnel hiring processes.- Work with human company resources.- Management of the HR/recruiter team, mentoring and development of personnel.
