With us, you will be able to fully reveal your potential if you have: Experience in the position of HRD or HRBP of 3 years in a company with 200+ employees; Able to work in an intensive and multitasking mode; Orientation to results and finding a solution; Successful experience in construction and implementation of all hr processes; High communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels; Is an excellent communicator; Performer; Experienced user of 1C, Excel, Word, hr platforms, Google docs. What we expect from HRD: Form a powerful hr team — department; Organization of effective adaptation of personnel in the company; Participation in personnel planning, creation and work with personnel reserve; Analysis of the reasons for personnel turnover, development and implementation of personnel retention strategy; Development and implementation of hr company strategy; Participation in the construction and development of hr - the company brand ;Implementation of team-building activities;Formation of corporate culture;Development and implementation of intangible motivation;Implementation of hr analytics;Maintenance of a positive psychological climate in the team;Active participation in the development of the company;Development and implementation of business processes in the field of personnel management;Management of the recruiting process, ensuring control of the process of search, selection and selection of personnel, implementation of new and creative ideas in personnel selection; Personnel evaluation: eNPs, Q12, 1:1 meetings, work with indicators; Management of office and personnel provision of equipment, mail, stationery, etc.; Participation in implementation the main statistics of divisions, the construction of a Dashboard and analytics on it.
