Due to expansion, we are looking for a permanent employee for the position of HRD (HR Director). Your duties will include: Strategic management: designing the organizational structure of the company; accumulation of statistical data and creation of analytical reports by various sections for making effective personnel decisions and planning personnel work for the future; introduction of new personnel management systems. Description, modeling, analysis and optimization of business processes in all divisions of the company: optimization of organizational structures, organizational design; creation of a system for evaluating the effectiveness of target units in personnel management; assessment of the effectiveness of business processes for management of productivity and remuneration of employees (tangible and non-tangible); initiation of organizational changes; search for internal development resources. HR strategy and recruiting: development and implementation of personnel management strategy; assessment of the efficiency of business processes; creation of HR analyst management system; management of HR budgets; building a general model for the selection and adaptation of personnel of all categories; construction of a centralized personnel selection system; labor market monitoring; digitization of the personnel search and selection system; determination of competencies that an applicant must have to fill a vacant position; formation of personnel reserve (recruitment, adaptation, induction, training, monitoring of work results) Development, training and motivation of personnel: construction of a personnel training system in accordance with the needs and values ​​of the company; building a company of productive people; implementation and management of the reward system; implementation of KPI, OKR.
