Our client is a manufacturing company. The capacities are located in populated areas of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Head office in Dnipro. An experienced professional in the field of human resources is needed to build, support and develop processes. Requirements: experience in successfully building HR processes of large modern companies. Focus on manufacturing or agricultural companies; experience in managing the HR system in companies with geographically separated divisions; good theoretical training in HR, understanding of all the variety of business processes; important warning: it is clear that any manager deals with HR processes. But! We are considering only those who held a formal position with the title "personnel director" or similar: HR director, HRBP, head of the human/labor resources department, head of the personnel department, deputy general director of personnel. Some full positions: hr- strategy; budget; KPI; PR; responses to the challenges of Ukrainian modernity. Working conditions: salary from UAH 75,000; workplace formally in Dnipro, but capacity in the region; now the subordinate department consists of recruiters and personnel.
