Description, modeling, analysis and optimization of business processes in all divisions of the company: optimization of organizational structures, organizational design; initiation of organizational changes; search for internal development resources. HR strategy and recruiting: development and implementation of personnel management strategy; assessment of the efficiency of business processes; creation of HR-analyst management system; management of HR budgets; building a general model for the selection and adaptation of personnel of all categories; Development, training and motivation of personnel: building a personnel training system in accordance with the needs and values ​​of the company; introduction and management of the reward system; implementation of KPI, OKR.
