We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Director to join our team and help us improve the efficiency of HR processes and improve business efficiency from the work function. If you have a high level of communication skills, the ability to work with a matrix structure, the ability to think strategically, and the desire to develop together with an innovative educational company, we will be glad to see you in our team!

Main duties :

HR Management:

• Development and implementation of HR strategies that support the company's business goals.
• Responsibility for staffing before the start of the academic season.
• Ensuring the development of employees through the organization of trainings and educational programs.
• Support of a positive working climate and resolution of conflicts in the team. Building a Total Rewards direction.
• Support and control of personnel administration processes. Automation of processes in HRM.

Business partnership:

• Cooperation with company management to determine HR needs and develop appropriate solutions.
• Analysis and optimization of business processes to improve work efficiency.
• Project management aimed at improving organizational processes and achieving business goals.
• Monitoring and evaluating team performance, developing KPIs and conducting regular evaluations.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology, business administration or related fields.
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
• High communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with different levels of management.
• Knowledge of modern personnel management methods and business processes.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English at a high level.
