About the company:
The company works in the field of miltech / defense, produces radio-electronic defense solutions. Difficult, responsible, but extremely interesting.

We are looking for an HR leader who will take over the construction of a systemic HR function in a company working in the field of military technology. This is a closed, stable company with a team that is actively scaling.?

The HR department already has a recruiter, researcher and personnel officer, but we need a strategist who will turn HR into a full-fledged system — from policies and motivation to KPIs and personnel development.

Your key tasks:

• Development and implementation of HR strategy and personnel adaptation and development procedures
• Scaling and optimization of the team structure according to business needs
• Implementation of motivation systems, KPIs and performance evaluations
• personnel decisions and team management
• Control of HR processes taking into account confidentiality and security
• Management of recruiting processes, planning and forecasting of personnel needs
• Analysis and development of corporate culture, increasing employee involvement
• Implementation of HR analytics for informed decision-making
• Work on optimization of internal processes and procedures

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has HR Director / Head of HR / Senior HRBP experience in manufacturing, IT or logistics companies
• Has scaled teams from 70 to 150 people and built HR functions from scratch
• Distinguished by systematicity, stress resistance and the ability to make complex decisions
• Ready to work in a closed company or Defense / MilTech
