HR director in LIS-Industries

Currently, we are looking for HR director, who is not afraid of challenges, knows how to work with people and wants to be part of a cohesive team.

Functional responsibilities:

• Manage all personnel management processes in the holding company HR strategy that meets the company's goals.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that support talent development and attract the best professionals.
• Maintain corporate culture by creating a work environment where everyone feels valued.
• Implement employee motivation, training and development systems.
• Lead a team of HR professionals, coordinating their work and help achieve the set goals.
• Cooperate with the heads of various divisions to effectively solve personnel issues.
• Monitor the labor market, analyze trends and implement best practices in the HR field.

Who we are looking for:

• A person with a higher education and 5 years of experience in senior HR positions.
• A professional who has deep knowledge in the field of labor law, personnel management, motivation and organizational development.
• A leader who knows how to inspire a team, make strategic decisions and communicate effectively at all levels.
• A person with a proactive approach, focused on results and development.
• Someone who values teamwork, is open to new ideas and is ready to support corporate values.
