HR Director

On behalf of our client, an international manufacturing company, we are announcing a search for an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner (Operations).

Role Purpose

To provide full-scope HR support to business units in order to achieve operational and strategic goals, ensuring high-quality HR processes in line with corporate standards and local labor legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Planning & Recruitment: Workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and adaptation of employees.

  • Training & Development: Identification of training needs and development of professional, technical, and managerial competencies.

  • Career & Succession Planning: Coordination and implementation of career development and succession plans for different employee groups.

  • Performance Management: Support and administration of performance evaluation systems, goal setting, and KPI alignment.

  • Internal Communication & Organizational Climate: Development of employer brand, EVP, and employee experience initiatives.

  • Reward & Compensation: Participation in the implementation of reward and compensation policies.

  • Change Management: Initiation and support of operational and cultural change initiatives in close cooperation with management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Management, HR Business Partner, or Deputy HR Manager role.

  • Higher education in HR Management or Social Sciences (preferred).

  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and stress resilience.

  • Analytical mindset and experience with HR tools and people analytics.

  • Ability to implement modern HR practices and resolve complex people-related issues.

  • Knowledge or practical experience in Lean Management / REFA methods is an advantage.

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications.

  • English — B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.

  • Willingness to relocate to western Ukraine.
