Key tasks of HRD at Multiplex:
Your task is not to "manage the HR department", but to build a managed HR system that directly affects the P&L:
Develop and implement:
- HR strategy for 2-3 years, synchronous with the business strategy.
- Rebuild/strengthen key blocks:
- — selection and adaptation of mass and office positions;
- - assessment, development, personnel reserve**;
- - C&B (transparent grades, motivational models for different categories of personnel);
- - L&D for managers and line personnel.
- Implement HR analytics as a management tool: turnover, time-to-fill, cost per hire, productivity, eNPS.
- Systematically work with corporate culture and service standards in the network.
- Strengthen the employer brand on the market: mass recruitment, youth, management contour.
- Manage the HR team: structure, roles, priorities, results, not "processes for the sake of processes".
Who we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in the role of HRD / Head of HR in a network business: retail, horeca, FMCG, logistics or other operational business 500+ of employees.
- Practical experience:
- - reducing turnover and increasing retention of key roles;
- - building or transforming an HR function "with a strategic entry point";
- - launching HR projects with measurable impact (before/after numbers).
- Ability to speak to the business in the language of numbers and efficiency, not just "initiative".
- Experience in HR team management (recruiting, HRBP, L&D, C&B, etc.).
- Willingness to work in conditions of high dynamics and changes (Ukraine today).
