Your task is not to "manage the HR department", but to build a managed HR system that directly affects the P&L:

Develop and implement:

  • HR strategy for 2-3 years, synchronous with the business strategy.
  • Rebuild/strengthen key blocks:
  • — selection and adaptation of mass and office positions;
  • - assessment, development, personnel reserve**;
  • - C&B (transparent grades, motivational models for different categories of personnel);
  • - L&D for managers and line personnel.
  • Implement HR analytics as a management tool: turnover, time-to-fill, cost per hire, productivity, eNPS.
