What will be included in your duties:

• Development and implementation of an effective personnel management strategy that meets the company's goals.
• Organization of processes recruitment, adaptation and development of employees.
• Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
• Coordinating the work of the HR department and supporting corporate culture.
• Implementation of motivation, training and professional development programs.
• Management of social packages, communications and resolution of personnel issues.
• Analysis of personnel performance and preparation of appropriate reporting.

To be successful in this position, you have:

• Higher education.
• Experience in a senior HR position of 5 years or more, preferably in the production sphere.
• Deep knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine.
• Strategic planning and personnel management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with large teams.
• Orientation on results and development.
