In the area of responsibility:

• Formation and implementation of HR strategy
• HR management and development teams
• Organization and control of the recruitment process in all divisions of the company
• Development of HR analytics
• Analysis and management of the HR system
• Building an internal personnel reserve system
• Building employer brand
• Management of the internal communication system
• Participation in the automation of HR processes

Ability to search and select managerial positions;
