What will you do?

• Innovate. Develop and implement an HR strategy that will help achieve key company goals.
• Build connections. Develop internal communications based on our corporate values.
• Manage HR areas. From recruiting to training and corporate culture — you will become the architect of these processes.
• Improve recruiting. Analyze and improve the processes of attracting new talent for all divisions of the company: office, stores, warehouse and contact center.
• Support teams. Help managers to inspire their teams.
• Develop the HR brand. Promote MOYO as a company where the best want to work.

What what do we expect from you?

• Experience in a similar position (from 3 years).
• Understanding of all HR processes: from the adaptation of newcomers to building a corporate culture.
• Successful experience of HR strategy implementation.
