• Research for the development of an effective HR brand
• Coaching of the team of holders to achieve strategic goals
• Analysis of the Employee Life Cycle in the company: from research on people's satisfaction, engagement and loyalty, and until the end of employment relations
• Operational activity - recruiting, adaptation, assessment, training
• Participation in the development and implementation of the bonus program
• Internal communication - corporate events, holiday greetings, informing people about organizational changes
• CSR projects of the company
