Position:HR Director (the role was implemented for the first time, previously HR Generalist) .
Industry:Production and distribution of decorative cosmetics ( B2B, E-com, contract manufacturing).
Company staff size:< /span>60 employees, 70% of the team works remotely from different cities of Ukraine and abroad.
Direct reporting:Chief Executive Officer. span>
Subordinates: recruiter (vacancy), span>office manager, system administrator.
Hybrid format, work in the office 3 days a week, 2 days remote work. Working day from 10:00 to 19:00.
Location:Art. Metro University.

Responsibilities:
Audit and assessment of the effectiveness of the existing HR system and processes;
Building an effective personnel management system: recruiting, onboarding, development and training, evaluation, motivation, KPI, C&B, personnel reserve, offboarding, HR administration;
Update of HR processes. Development and updating of HR regulations, policies and procedures, job profiles, etc.;
Employee support at all stages of the Employee Life Cycle. Providing support to team leaders in matters of personnel management, supporting managers in solving sensitive issues in teams;
Managing the talent acquisition process. Personal participation in the closing of management staff vacancies;
Onboarding, Talent Development, Performance review, Offboarding;
Employee Research. Implementation of projects to increase team involvement and loyalty;
Budgeting of HR activities;
Employer branding; p>
Corporate support and developmentculture.
Requirements for candidates:
Passion for HR;
3+ years of experience as HR Director, HR lead;
Experience of attracting talent in different countries;
Experience working with remote teams;
Experience of implementing successful HR projects;
Experience in creating and implementing business processes ;
Experience and knowledge in the evaluation of candidates, application of various methods and tools;
English will be a plus; p>
