HR director in NATURPRO

We invite HR director.

Subordination to the business owner.

Main duties:

• Adaptation and organization of the implementation of the company's strategy according to business requirements
• Recruiting and selection of personnel: planning, organization and implementation of the process of hiring new employees (TOP, middle, workers)
• Onboarding and adaptation: organizing the processes of passing the trial period and adapting new employees
• HR projects: supporting existing ones (library, groups in messengers, English language courses, team building, branded gifts for employees for birthdays, anniversaries work in the company, support of mobilized employees, etc.) and introduction of new ones (CRM, training...)
• administration and formation of a positive employer brand
• formation and maintenance of a productive atmosphere in the team
• system measurements of various HR metrics.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• additional education in the field of HR will be an advantage
• knowledge and practical use of modern techniques of selection and evaluation staff.
