< br/>OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:implementation of HR strategy to ensure business efficiency.

What will be included in your tasks:

• Implementation of HR strategy, participation in the formation of personnel management policies;

• Development and implementation of HR processes, HR project management;

• Professional assessment of management decisions from the perspective of HR: provision of HR analytics, conclusions and proposals;

• Managing HR budget and HR metrics (turnover, engagement, satisfaction, eNPS);

• Ensuring the implementation of the employee life cycle (recruiting, adaptation, training and development, compensation and benefits management, evaluation, off-boarding);

• Managing internal communications and employer brand;

• Umanagement of the company's organizational structure, support and support of all organizational changes.

Expectations from the candidate:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Experience in the development and implementation of HR processes;
• Knowledge and understanding of modern trends and practices in the field of personnel management, as well as experience in their implementation;

• Experience in implementing new processes, policies and procedures;
• Ability to work with HR analytics and statistics;
• Experience in developing and implementing HR brand strategies;
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
