HR director

The main tasks of the position:

• Development and implementation of the company's HR strategy, implementation of HR-Business processes;
• Management of the personnel department according to the main HR processes, including: selection, adaptation, personnel development, personnel administration ;
• Working with the company's structure, improving the structure;
• Working with the company's personnel reserve, forming personnel needs;
• Carrying out measures to retain and attract personnel to projects of the company;
• Establishment of internal effective communication between departments;
• Participation in the organization of personnel training;
• Participation in the active development of the company and new projects in the HR department;

• Development of the company's HR brand; Corporate culture;
• Department budgeting, HR analytics.

Our requirements for a future colleague:

• 4 years of HRD/HRBP work experience;
• HR team management experience;
• HR business process management experience: selection , adaptation, personnel development, personnel administration;
• Experience in implementing HR strategies;
• Successful experience in automating HR-business processes;
• Effective communication skills, high level flexibility and proactivity; Ability to use "opportunities";
• Experienced PC software, 1C, CRM - preferred;
• Willingness to travel 5% of the working time.< /li>
