YOUR EXPERIENCE :
- Management of personnel and HR processes in the positions of HRD, HRBP
- Leadership qualities: excellent communication skills, influence, experience in developing motivation for different teams.
- < b style="font-weight: 700">Analytical abilities: the ability to make strategic decisions based on data analysis, work with large amounts of information, digitize work results.
- Innovation: understanding modern approaches to personnel management, use modern tools and automation of HR processes.
DUTIES:
- Develop and implement an HR strategy based on business goals.
- Develop and implement HR policies.
- Develop the Company's HR brand and corporate culture
>- Standardize personnel selection, hire top managers independently, build a powerful team.
- Develop personnel adaptation policy, and directly participate in adaptation to quickly bring employees to the plateau of efficiency.
- Train and develop staff, including the design and implementation of internal and external training programs.
- Develop a staff evaluation system and implement a motivation system.
- Monitor the salary market, initiate reviews.
