HR specialist, HR manager in ISR TECHNOLOGY

Requirements: 3 years or more of personnel accounting experience; Military accounting experience is an added advantage; Knowledge of 1C or similar ERP systems; Knowledge of labor legislation at a high level and monitoring of changes in it; Scrupulosity, diligence, punctuality, attention to detail. Orientation to results , organizational skills, demandingness, stress resistance, analytical mindset. Responsibilities: Full documentation of the acceptance, transfer and dismissal of employees; Work with vacation schedules - formation, control of requests, reminders about vacations, issuing orders and familiarization of employees; Military accounting - verification of existing documents, familiarization with the rules for maintaining VO, formation of necessary documents, booking; Formation and management of personal files, P-2 cards, with the introduction of relevant changes to them; Control of sick leaves: timely entry into the system with calculation of length of service and formation of a protocol for a month ; Timely closing of the time sheet of employees — 2 times a month and upon dismissal; Keeping personnel records in ERP systems and entering information into the internal personnel ERP system; employee consultations; Participation in the implementation of electronic document flow in personnel documents and further administration of documents in the electronic system; Monitoring of changes in legislation and timely response to changes.
