Express-T is an international company that specializes in providing logistics services in the field of express delivery. In connection with the expansion of the business, we are looking for a HR specialist for our office in Kyiv.

Requirements:

< li>Higher education
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position
• Experience of working with the accounting system 1C 8.3, MEDOK
• Competent oral and written communication, attention to details

Responsibilities for managing personnel records:

• Composing orders according to personnel composition and managing personnel files
• Filling and accounting of work books
• Compile and maintain a timesheet
• Compile vacation schedules and staff schedule
• Keep registers (orders, employment contracts ) -debt)
• Calculation, registration and payment of electronic sick leave

Working conditions:

• Official employment
• I work in a stable and promising company
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri (09:00-18:00)
• Trial period - 1 month
