HR department inspector, recruitment manager in IRBIS, TD

"TD IRBIS" LLC invites continuous work of HR department inspector/recruitment manager (expansion of the staff in the HR Department). Duties: Work with a staff of about 400 people; Management of personnel records in full, including regional divisions (orders, admission, translation, dismissal, vacations, etc.); Personnel selection (compilation of vacancies and placement on job search sites; conducting interviews and selection of employees of various levels (in person or online); Filing of reports; Requirements: work experience of at least 2 years in a large company in a similar position; Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and regulatory documents; Knowledge of personnel management standards; Confident PC user (office programs), knowledge of 1C 8.3. zKZpP; Possibilities of professional growth.
