HR Department Assistant in White Label Coders

White Label Coders is a group of engineers, IT specialists, designers and project managers experienced in designing and creating advanced web applications mainly in WordPress, PHP, Angular, Node JS and React.

We carry out projects for clients with companies from the USA, Canada, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Australia, Singapore and Poland. 

We are currently developing the HR team - for our office in Gliwice we are looking for a person full of energy, organized, independent and ready to work with us in the HR Department!

• knowledge English at a level enabling free communication (B2),
• good, practical knowledge of Google tools and MS Office suite, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint ,
• interest in the subject and willingness to develop in HR structures,
• knowledge of methods of searching for job candidates,
• Student status or higher education (HRM, psychology, sociology),
• independence, good work organization, ability to plan and meet deadlines,
• communication skills and the ability to build interpersonal relationships,
• flexibility in action , readiness to introduce changes , ability to look for solutions,
• positive attitude to work and people orientation,
• motivation even in routine tasks,
• compliance with the principles of confidentiality of information.

Welcome:
