Global leader in residential real estate franchising and brokerage is seeking an HR Coordinator for a fully remote contract opportunity. Eastern or Central Time zones preferred.Contract Duration: 5 Months Required Skills & ExperienceComputer savvy Years of experience: minimum of 1 year working in HR role Comfortable working in Excel Manipulate Excel file Complete data entry into an HRIS System, Oracle, etc. Be organized so that details are not missed Work efficiently and timely, this will be remote, and must be able to track themselves independently Strong attention to detail What You Will Be Doing Daily ResponsibilitiesCreate packets and send emails related to HR transaction processing. Upload paperwork into digital filing system. Complete requests related to HR platform (Oracle EBS and Oracle HCM). Processing unemployment claims. Responding to general employee questions and requests. Other HR-related projects as assigned.
