Main duties:
assist the HR specialist in daily tasks;
initial communication with candidates (calls, correspondence, clarifying details);
coordinating appointments for interviews, maintaining a calendar;
updating and organizing the database candidates;
working with internal documents and simple reports;
supporting organizational processes in the office.
Requirements for the candidate:
possible without experience - the main desire to develop in the HR field;
attention to details and the ability to work with information;
polite and competent oral/written communication;
confident use of a computer and office programs;
organization, responsibility, accuracy.
