HR-Coordinator (Assistant HR-Manager)

We invite to the team White Dental Group an energetic and inspired HR-Coordinator who will become the right hand of our HR-Manager and help take care of people and the atmosphere in the company. This role is about being at the heart of HR and office life: organizing processes, communicating with people, helping newcomers to adapt and supporting the team. If you dream of entering the field of HR, like to communicate and make everyone feel comfortable, we are looking for you!

Main tasks:

• Recruiting and adaptation support: job placement, initial selection of candidates, organization of interviews, maintenance of candidate database in People Force, support of newcomers during the onboarding stage.

• Administrative HR processes: updating data in HR systems, control of probationary periods, assistance in organizing training, administration of the database of training materials.

• Internal communication and culture: participation in the organization of corporate events and team building, preparation of materials for HR newsletters and internal news, administration of surveys.

• Work at the reception desk: meeting guests, communicating with contractors, helping with office processes.
