We are looking for a personnel officer (HR consultant) for outsourcing to our clients (international companies) with English at least at the Pre-intermediate level. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:• higher education;• experience of working in the HR department for 2 years or more;• experience of working in international companies will be a priority;• knowledge of human resources management;• thorough knowledge of the regulatory framework (KzpP, Law on Vacations, etc.);• knowledge of the English language at the Pre-intermediate level. MAIN FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:• organization of personnel management for our clients (international companies); • provision of consultations on issues of labor legislation; • interaction with state bodies.
