We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) – a strategic partner and expert who will become a key link between business and HR management.

The following interesting tasks await you:

  • Strategic HR-partnership:Advise management and line managers on all HR issues, analyze the labor market, forecast business needs, support teams in matters of personnel management, development, building career tracks and resolving conflict situations. 
  • Personnel management and development:Lead the full cycle of employee development — recruitment, adaptation, evaluation, building individual development plans, support of educational programs and key talent retention activities. 
  • Management of labor relations: Effectively and objectively solve difficult situations, conduct official investigations, maintain a healthy climate in teams. 
  • Legal compliance:Control compliance with labor laws and internal policies, minimize legal risks, ensure correctness of document processes. 
  • Compensation and benefits: Coordinate job evaluation processes, negotiate salary proposals, advise managers on compensation packages.
  • Support HR processes:Support employees when returning to work after a long break (maternity, demobilization), coordinate hiring and firing processes, support relevance of organizational structures.
  • Analytics and optimization: Work with internal and official requests, prepare HR reports, participate in optimization, automation and transformation initiatives.

We would like to see you have the following experience and qualities:

  • 3 years experience as an HRBP or HR Manager, preferably in large companies or in the IT/Tech sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to solve non-standard and complex situations.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics, ability to work with metrics and reports.
  • Understanding of budgeting and cost management.
  • Proficient use of MS Office (pivot tables, formulas, analytical tools).
  • Energy, ambition, proactivity HR direction.

Additional advantage will be: 

  • Experience working with organizational structures and workforce planning.
  • Participation in transformational projects or implementing changes.
  • Experience working with technical teams and supporting multiple areas at the same time.
  • Result orientation and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
