What you will dointhis role: HRBusiness Partnering &People Planning Beastrategic partner tosenior leaders onpeople matters including organizational design, structure, growth, and day-to-day operations Partner with Readdle managers ofbusiness functions indeveloping anapproach ontalent topics such asengagement, talent development, headcount approval, onboarding quarterly communication initiatives etc. Сoach Readdle managers intheir needs toperform well asleaders, achieve great results with their teams, and develop their management skills Onboarding Support and help team members become high-performing contributors intheir new roles byproviding the best-in-class onboarding tonew hires/ promoted employees Help leaders provide valuable and developing feedback bymanaging and coordinating the Readdle Performance Management process Ensure legal compliance iscontinually being met and drive resolution for complex employee issues Talent Development Practice &Process Implement and maintain outstanding Performance Management and Talent Development practices that are aligned with business goals and enable ahigh-performing team Support team members and managers intheir development toensure that they have the right skills toachieve business goals Make sure weconstantly develop and update these processes asthe organization evolves and business needs transform Succession Planning Coordinate professional development planning and succession planning Collaboration across other teams Work closely with the Employment Brand team todevelop and spread the culture that supports, and reflects onthe business strategy Work closely with the People Operations team toensure that all administrativeHR activities are conducted effectively and that all internal procedures/policies support the culture and environment ofhigh-performing teams Work inclose collaboration with other departments, for example, Finance and Legal tobuild acompliant employment practice About you: 7years ofexperience inHR inTech/ Product organizations with broad knowledge and experience inhuman resource management Experience partnering with business leaders indynamic business settings Ability toget things done inafast-paced environment Ability totimely diagnose challenges and problem-solve Efficient communication skills that help handle and overcome objections Expertise incoaching company managers, team members, and your peers toachieve the best results Will beaplus: Master’s degree inHuman Resources German labor law knowledge
