HR Business Partner @ STS S.A. in STS S.A.

Your new team:

You will be part of a 7-person HR team. We like to talk about light and serious matters, eat dinner together, celebrate all possible (including non-standard) holidays, and share knowledge and ideas. 

Through our activities, we support the development of STS - the largest and most famous bookmaker on the Polish market. We work closely with international teams that are part of Entain (Czech Republic, UK, Croatia).

Together we will work in the areas of: Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Learning&Development, Compensation&Benefits.

You will fit in well with us if:

• you already have about 2 - 3 years of experience in the HR department inhouse
• you know labor law at least at a basic level
• you are fluent in English
• in addition to experience and intuition, you use the Data Driven approach
• you focus looking for solutions and available opportunities
• you know the Change Management process
• you are familiar with Agile or Lean methods
• you use tools such as: Excel, Jira, Miro
• you feel comfortable conducting training and development programs
• you have experience or want to develop in the areas of: Comp&Ben, L&D, EB, internal communication
• you demonstrate business maturity and the ability to engage in partnership dialogue at every level
