For our client we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner. The person in this position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, employee evaluation, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Key responsibilities will include working with managers to understand business needs and design HR strategies to support organizational goals.

• Higher education in human resources management or a related field.
• Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in recruitment, selection and selection of employees for specialist and higher-level positions.
• Knowledge of labor law regulations and best HR practices.
• Experience in HR project management.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of English at a level that allows for free communication.
