What will you do

  • Perform an audit existing HR processes and help build an effective HR system from scratch. You will support the full HR cycle: recruiting, adaptation, development, evaluation, motivation. You will form and monitor budgetHR-department.
  • You will monitor the salary market, create a modern material motivation system.
  • You will conduct HR-analytics (turnover, engagement, competencies).
  • You will build an HR-brand and corporate culture so that people want to stay and develop.
  • You will become a partner for management by participating in the company's strategic projects.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, in particular in the role of HR BP or HRD.
