HR Business Partner / HR Director in KAPELOU, LLC

About the company

We are a technological company with our own production in the Kyiv region (Dymer district). We are developing, optimizing processes and looking for a HR Business Partner, who will become a key link between the business and the team.

What will you do

• Perform an audit existing HR processes and help build an effective HR system from scratch. You will support the full HR cycle: recruiting, adaptation, development, evaluation, motivation. You will form and monitor budgetHR-department.
• You will monitor the salary market, create a modern material motivation system.
• You will conduct HR-analytics (turnover, engagement, competencies).
• You will build an HR-brand and corporate culture so that people want to stay and develop.
• You will become a partner for management by participating in the company's strategic projects.

What we expect from you

• 5+ years of experience in HR, in particular in the role of HR BP or HRD.
• Expertise in all key HR functions: from recruitment to strategic partnerships.
• Ability to conduct HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Understanding HR as part of the business model: HR initiative ROI, impact on profitability and productivity.
• Knowledge of modern approaches to L&D, Performance Management, Employee Experience.
• High level of emotional intelligence, flexibility and facilitation skills.
• Experience in managing end-to-end HR projects.
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine (KZpP — basic level).
