Provide feedback and counsel to managers to ensure appropriate and agreed-upon action is takenIdentify, resolve, or refer complex issues in the areas of training, compensation, staffing, employee relations to the appropriate Human Resource StaffSupport HR projects from inception to implementationJob SpecificationsTypically Has The Following Skills Or AbilitiesBachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in a major HR function with increasing responsibilityBasic knowledge of employment and labor lawsBasic understanding of employee benefit plans and administration, compensation, and staffingBasic understanding of change management and organizational development theory and practicesDemonstrated presentation and facilitation skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills required to communicate policy and procedures, resolve employee-related issues, and work with all levels of the organizationCompensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and commissions.
